These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of choolbus.net (the “Site”) and the tutoring services offered by Chool Bus LLC (“Chool Bus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or booking a consultation or session, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

Chool Bus provides math tutoring services, including Course Help, Skill Building, and Test Preparation, delivered virtually and in person at the Cedar Hill Public Library. Program details, session frequency, and availability are confirmed during your consultation and may be updated from time to time.

2. Free consultation and bookings

Requesting a free consultation does not obligate you to enroll in a paid program. Program pricing, payment terms, and cancellation policies are shared directly during or after the consultation and are not published on the Site.

3. Parent/guardian participation

Because our scholars are minors, a parent or guardian must participate in the initial consultation and remains responsible for account and payment details, scheduling, and communication on the scholar’s behalf.

4. Acceptable use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to access it by any means other than the interface we provide, interfering with its normal operation, or submitting false information through our forms.

5. Intellectual property

The Chool Bus name, logo, and original materials on this Site are the property of Chool Bus LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. No guarantee of results

While Chool Bus is committed to helping scholars build math skills and confidence, individual results vary and we cannot guarantee specific grades, scores, or outcomes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chool Bus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our services.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
